I ordered this funeral arrangement for my brother the flowers are beautiful the arrangement was nice the only problem was is they forgot to put the ribbon that was supposed to say brother uncle friend on it. It really would have meant a lot to me to have that ribbon on there so they did reduce the price that I really would have rather have had the ribbon on there, it would have meant so much more.

I applaud the professionalism. I received emails after each stage from ordering to having this spray delivered. The spray was slightly different from the picture. The one delivered appeared to have fewer flowers and did not appear to be as full as in the picture. I could not see the ribbon (viewed online), so I trust that the engraving was done. Sadly my brother-in-law passed, and we wanted to send the most beautiful flowers we could find. We received a link to the obituary, giving us the option of ordering flowers from the local florist. We are in California, service was in Tennessee. We looked through the many arrangements offered, chose one, and they promised it would be there at the viewing. It was! We received emails telling us it would be delivered, and that it WAS delivered when specified! What a peace of mind that was! My sister sent us photos of the arrangement, and we were very satisfied that they looked like the pictures we saw on the website.

I think the web site of purchasing flowers directly from the home is an excellent idea as well. It gives you option of putting your names there to help the family to know that the purchaser is thinking of them. The only negative is the quoted pricing. I purchased the Sentiments of Serenity Spray on a Friday afternoon in hopes that it would arrive to the family for a Sunday service. Unfortunately, I was contacted via email on the day of the service and told that my order was not fulfilled because no vendors in the local area had the spray I wanted. I immediately called customer service and explained the issue. I was met with complete understanding and a sympathetic young lady that was willing to ensure that I was taken care of. She made it possible for my spray to be turned into a bouquet and delivered to the families home instead. I received notice that the family got the flowers and they were in love with them!. With that being said, even though there was a hiccup, the customer service was stupendous and I'd purchase with them again.

This arrangement was larger than I thought it would be. It was so beautiful and looked wonderful in the room. The flowers were very fresh and the added personalization of the ribbon was the perfect touch.
