Our arrangement was delivered on time and was as pictured, thanks to the local florist who filled our order. It was beautiful. We had friends whose arrangement was filled by a different florist and was not nearly as nice or as pictured. Fortunately they were there to correct the problem themselves. Had they not been at the funeral, they would not have known they didn’t get what they paid for!

She was so very helpful and kind, and assured me that she would replace the dish garden with a lovely peace lily. I specifically ordered this plant arrangement because it came in a ceramic dish instead of a basket, but upon delivery the ceramic dish had been substituted out and replaced with, you guessed it, a basket. I was not notified of the substitution nor given any automatic discount or refund. However, when I called the Sympathy Store customer service line, they provided a partial refund with no argument, which I appreciated. The exact same thing happened to my aunt the same week, so beware when purchasing dishes - you may get a basket instead.

Very easy to use when you don't know an area too. I was not at the funeral, but my Mom took a picture of the delivered arrangement and sent it to me. It wasn't identical to the one pictured on the website, but it was pretty close.

I was very disappointed in the look of the plant. My friend sent a picture to me. It was not even in a glass bowl as pictured it was in a paper bowl. I would never order plants again from you because of this. It was over $80 dollars and looked cheap. You need to put details of the order on line and give dimensions as I feel like you were just out to make money. I

Although I appreciate the ease and promptness of the ordering process, I do not believe it was as described. Not only was it more of the small sized, but these were supposed to be live plants and not cuttings. I wanted them to be able to transfer to a garden for remembrance, but it appeared that this was not possible.

The plants you included in my "Dish Garden" were in fact not the same. The picture and the actual gift weren't as the sales ad depicted. Actually, I was just getting ready to call when I checked my mail to get the number. I deliberately avoided baskets and GUESS WHAT I got...A cheap looking basket. I DID NOT put those stars above. I would like to have what I ordered and will be happy to return what I DID NOT ORDER.

Very unhappy I ordered this item which is not what was sent. I Peace Lily was. Had I wanted a Peace Lily I would have ordered one. I in particular do not like them which is why I ordered a dish garden. I received a email that I did not see until after the service that informed me the florist was going to have to change my request.

The plants looked ok. There were a few daisies which looked a little cheap to me. There was a butterfly decoration which isn't pictured and which I didn't care for. My main complaint is that the arrangement was not in a dish. It appeared to be in a basket. I chose this because I liked the look of the dish and the lush plants pictured. Also there's a $20 extra charge that is not shown until you check out. But they have you as they are affiliated with the funeral home. On the plus side the arrangement was delivered within an hour of ordering.

I'm not sure which of the local florists filled this order, but they did a great job. Of course it was different than the photo, but it looked nice.
