This was the easiest flower order ever! I chose the Florist Choice Bouquet not knowing exactly what it would be but was pleased that it ended up being a family favorite color. Ordering was very convenient, especially on a Sunday, and the flowers were beautiful. I would say the price felt very expensive for small bouquet we got once all the fees were tacked on (though I'm not accustomed to ordering flowers so maybe this is normal). Also, it would be awesome if there was a way to have tax exempt purchases, as we are a non-profit who sent flowers to a coworker.

I choose the Florist Choice Bouquet for Visition and Chapel Service of James Leonard at Washburm-McCreavy, Nokomis Park Chapel Thursday, March 24. I was very pleased with the lovely bouquet of yellow & white flowers made up of mums and other flowers. I received several nice complemnts of the bouquet. I could not attend the funeral that I ordered these flowers for as I was out of state. I have no idea what the arrangement looked like. In the future, may I suggest that you take a photo of the bouquet and send it to the customer. I have had other florists do this in the past. I am a retired florist, and I do not hesitate to order flowers from all over the country for various occasions. Some might think it a waste, I believe it is a perfect way to honor loved ones.

The arrangement that was sent for the funeral was beautiful. It was convenient and easy to order, even from out-of-state. The online order form spaces weren't large enough for listing our whole family, but we made it work. We listed some with the "message" part, and the rest on the "signature" line, but had to omit last names, as well as "and" between the husbands' and wives' names. It looked okay on the actual card.

It's hard for me to review this product, since I never saw it. I ordered this bouquet for a funeral which I was unable to attend. I did get a confirmation email from the florist saying it was delivered, and it would have been nice if they had attached a picture of it; not that hard to do these days. Since it was the florist's choice I had no idea what it would look like when I ordered it. So along with that suggestion I'm leaving a neutral-to-positive review because it was easy to order and was delivered on time.

Ordered a bouquet in am and was promised same-day delivery. Later in the day received an e-mail they did not have the bouquet I ordered so substituted it. I never have seen or was asked for another choice. The flowers were never delivered that day and I had to e-mail several times the next day to find out if they were delivered. I have never ordered flowers for a death and was upset that this went this way. ONE MORE KICK IN THE BEHIND, THEY FELT BAD AND BETWEEN THE AMOUNT OF THE FLOWERS AND ALL THE SERVICES CHARGES THE BILL WAS $95 THEY THOUGHT THEY DID ME A FAVOR AND CREDITED ME $5 THEY COULD HAVE SHOVED IT UP THEIR ASS! SO TO SUM IT UP WRONG FLOWERS, WHICH I HAD NO CHOICE IN PICKING OUT AND DELIVERED A DAY LATE! I WILL NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM SYMPATHY STORE AGAIN WILL GO ELSEWHERE!

Well, I have no idea what it looked like, florist Choice, since i couldn't fly across country to the funeral. Perhaps in the future y'all can take a picture of the final product and email to us.

I ordered the florist choice bouquet for my friend's funeral this past Wednesday night. I wasn't sure if I would like something that somebody else picked out. They did a fabulous job! It was a beautiful arrangement with pretty fall colors. The flowers were so pretty. It added a lot for our service.

I am extremely happy with the Florist Choice Bouquet that was sent for a funeral. It was beautiful and unique - so much so the family decided to take it home and not donate it to the nursing home and hospital where the rest of the flowers were going to be sent (so others could enjoy their beauty also). I will definitely purchase this again for any future needs.

It was a beautiful bouquet, I am more than satisfied. The florist has talent that's for sure and it also goes to show that you don't have to spend a ton of money on a huge bouquet of flowers to have something look very nice and amazingly thoughtful!! I will use this selection again!!

I wasn't sure what a florist would choose, but turned out to be one of the nicest arrangements I could imagine. Price for the bouquet was low, but did ot like the $19.95 delivery charge. I hadn't ordered flowers in a long time, so guess that is the going rate.

Since I picked Florist Choice, I wasn't sure what it would look like at all. But it was very tasteful, the vase was beautiful and the family even mentioned how lovely it was! I will definitely always let the florist pick from now on! One suggestion: since I wasn't able to attend the service, only send flowers, I never knew what it looked like. Luckily, the family took a photo for me. It would be nice to see what the finished product looks like. :)

As a former floral arranger I know some of the best designs are made from the imagination and expertise of the florist themselves. Although we were not able to attend the funeral service we depended on family and friends to tell us about what was sent. They indicated it was a very nice arrangement. It would be nice, if in the future, you could take an iphone photo of the arrangement and include the photo with the bill.

I was unable to get out to my local florist. After reviewing the online obituary for my friend's grandmother's funeral, there was a link for your service. I went to it, decided it was what I could use and before I knew it, I had placed the order and was done. Very, very user friendly! It took a few minutes to place the order.
